TotalFix is a technology-enabled platform that enables users to book home services such as appliance repair, installation, maintenance, interiors, and annual maintenance contracts (AMC). We act as an intermediary connecting users with independent service professionals.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.


3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Maintain confidentiality of your login details

  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.


4. Service Booking

  • Service availability depends on location, technician availability, and scheduling.

  • Service details, pricing, and estimated time are indicative and may change based on actual inspection.

  • By booking, you authorize TotalFix to share your contact and service details with the assigned technician for service completion.


5. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices shown on the Platform are subject to change.

  • Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways.

  • TotalFix does not store card details or sensitive payment information.

  • You agree to pay the applicable fees for services booked.


6. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies may vary by service and technician.

  • Refund eligibility will be assessed based on the cancellation time and service status.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via the original payment method.


7. Service Providers

Service professionals are independent contractors and not employees or agents of TotalFix. TotalFix does not control their work methods, and the service provider is responsible for the quality of service delivered.


8. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate service details

  • Ensure a safe and accessible environment for technicians

  • Follow all instructions and guidelines provided by the technician

  • Avoid providing false information or misuse of the Platform


9. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

  • Misuse the Platform or attempt unauthorized access

  • Post false or misleading information

  • Harass or abuse service professionals

  • Attempt to negotiate services outside the Platform to avoid fees


10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, images, and designs, is owned by TotalFix or its partners and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce any content without prior written permission.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TotalFix is not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential losses

  • Service delays or cancellations

  • Any damages arising from technician service quality

  • Any loss due to inaccurate information provided by users


12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TotalFix harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.


13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. You may also terminate your account by contacting us.


14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.


15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date.
