If you no longer wish to use TotalFix and want to permanently delete your account, you may submit a Delete Account Request. Once your request is processed, your account and associated personal data will be removed in accordance with applicable laws.
When you request account deletion, we will:
Remove your personal data from our active systems
Delete your service history and profile information
Remove your contact details from marketing lists
Retain certain data if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., financial records, legal compliance)
Please note:
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone
You may lose access to ongoing bookings, invoices, and service history
Any pending service requests must be completed or canceled before deletion
Send an email from your registered email address to:
Include the following details:
Full Name
Registered Mobile Number
Registered Email Address
Reason for Deletion (optional)
If you are using the TotalFix app, you can request account deletion via:
Settings → Account → Delete Account
To protect your account, we may ask for verification before processing your request. This may include:
OTP verification
Confirmation via registered email or phone number
We will process your request within 7–14 business days. You will receive confirmation once your account is deleted.
